DEQ provides several easy-to-use online reports and tools to track the Division of Enforcement's performance. These resources make it simple to see the status of current Enforcement Actions and the outcomes of cases that have been resolved.
The Enforcement Documents Portal allows anyone to search for specific Enforcement Actions and view related documents directly online, eliminating the need for a FOIA request.
This portal is part of DEQ’s initiative to provide greater transparency among our stakeholders. Utilize the Filters & Legends section to search by Enforcement Action Number or customize your search for individual case information. This first iteration is optimized for Windows browsers and Android devices. iOS users will not be able to see the dashboard.
The Pending Cases Report shows Enforcement Actions that are still in progress and awaiting resolution.
The Resolved Cases Report lists Enforcement Actions that have been completed and shows how each case was resolved.
The Civil Penalties Dashboard displays the total amount of civil penalties collected through Enforcement Actions, organized by calendar year, fiscal year, media program, and region of the Commonwealth.
Together, these tools give the public a clear view of DEQ's Enforcement process and progress.
