EPA has published the final emissions guidelines (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2015-10-23/pdf/2015-22842.pdf) and new source performance standards (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2015-10-23/pdf/2015-22837.pdf), and a proposed federal plan (http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2015-10-23/pdf/2015-22848.pdf) for the Clean Power Plan in the October 23, 2015 Federal Register.
Please be aware that the informal listening session that DEQ is hosting in Portsmouth on October 6 is only for receiving input from the public, and there will be no formal presentations from DEQ. DEQ staff will be present at the location from 5:00-8:00 pm to allow for members of the public to arrive earlier or later as their schedules allow.
