Nonpoint Source Annual Reports

Virginia issues reports on TMDL Implementation that summarizes the key accomplishments of the Section 319(h) TMDL Implementation Program.  Virginia also tracks its progress in implementing the Nonpoint Source Management Plan through its annual reporting to the Environmental Protection Agency's Grants Reporting and Tracking System (GRTS). This is the primary tool for management and oversight of the EPA’s Nonpoint Source (NPS) Pollution Control Program. GRTS is a centralized database that allows the states to enter Section 319(h) project information and allows the general public to query grant information and create interactive reports on nonpoint source projects. EPA's GRTS system also has an interactive Map Viewer that allows someone to find projects that have occurred in specific areas of Virginia and the nation.

Information is also available on specific success stories and TMDL Implementation projects funded by Section 319(h) in Virginia.
