Nonpoint Source Implementation Project Resources

DEQ provides federal Section 319(h) funds to implement nonpoint source projects to protect and improve Virginia's aquatic resources from sources of nonpoint source pollution. DEQ has developed resources and materials to assist recipients of DEQ's Section 319(h) grant funds in administering their NPS implementation projects. These materials may also assist organizations and entities who are seeking to apply for Section 319(h) nonpoint source funds from DEQ develop more successful implementation project proposals.
