VPDES Watershed General Permit for Nutrient Discharges to the Chesapeake Bay

Article 4.02 of the Code of Virginia established the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Nutrient Credit Exchange Program. The final regulation was approved by the State Water Control Board at its September 6, 2006 meeting.
