Bremo Bluff CCR Surface Impoundments

Consistent with Senate Bill 807, Dominion withdrew its previous permit submittals addressing all ponds and submitted a new application to address closure of East and West Ash Ponds, which are proposed to be closed by removal.  Those new submittals are below.
