Major Consistency Projects

Atlantic Coast Pipeline, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

On June 8, 2017, the Commonwealth of Virginia completed the review of the federal consistency certification (DEQ 15-161F) for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline project in the cities of Suffolk and Chesapeake. DEQ accepted public comments on this portion of the project from March 5, 2017 through April 4, 2017 pursuant to the U.S. Coastal Zone Management Act and the implementing federal consistency regulations.
