My DEQ

Meeting Virginia’s environmental challenges is a cooperative effort that involves communities, businesses, Virginia residents, educators, vendors and many more. DEQ collaborates with these partners to enhance the quality of our environment and to strengthen the role everyone plays in environmental protection.

For Small Businesses

The Virginia Small Business Assistance Program (SBAP) can provide small businesses free and confidential technical assistance on air quality and other related environmental requirements. The program is set up to help small businesses understand and comply with the Clean Air Act and Virginia's environmental regulations.
