Program Assistance Resources

In order to assist local governments in the development of local programs to meet the requirements for the development of Local and Regional Water Supply Plans and to facilitate acquisition of existing resource conditions and existing use and water management information, the Department of Environmental Quality is developing and providing access to a number of information data sets.  Links to additional information sources and databases will be added as they are developed or as they become available.

  • Planning Due Dates and Deadlines - Deadlines for plan submittal, declaration of regional planning status, etc.

    • Planning for 2009 workshops is now underway!  Contact your regional water supply planner to suggest potential topics (topics may include, but are not limited to: How to address rural systems; Well related questions; drought contingency planning; inventorying resource data regarding TMDLs, soils, native species, etc.; How to fill out workbook forms/Phase I data collection; the new EPA WaterSense Challenge)
