- HB 552: § 62.1-44.38:1 of the Code of Virginia: Comprehensive water supply planning process - Allows a town to enter into a regional water supply plan with an adjacent county.
- Data Input - Inventory - Sample Template that Establishes the Reporting Format for Local and Regional Water Supply Planning Elements as Required Under 9 VAC 25-780-70; 80; and 90 - Existing Water Source; Existing Water Use; and Existing Resource Information Data Forms
- House Bill 552 in 2006 (Section 62.1-44-38:1) clarifies the requirements of the Code by providing that the criteria and guidelines established by the Board shall not prohibit a town from entering into a regional water supply plan with an adjacent county.
