VEEP Reporting
The VEEP on-line reporting system for annual reports is located at www.veeponline.org. To remain in good standing, facilities in VEEP must submit annual reports for the previous calendar year by April 1 of the following year. VEEP facilities that are also in Performance Track do not have to submit a separate VEEP report.
DEQ has developed a presentation that provides an overview of the on-line reporting system. Click here to review it.
DEQ has also developed two sample VEEP reports for those facilities that are unfamiliar with the on-line reporting system:
- Facility A (local government facility)
- Facility B (manufacturing facility)

Some important notes:
- Calendar year 2007reports (due by April 1, 2008): Facilities that have reported beforeusing the on-line systemwill find previous years' information reported last year pre-loaded. You can add quantified results for 2007, add new environmental categories and update contact information. If the facility contact has changed and a new password needs to be assigned, please contact Sharon Baxter at skbaxter@deq.virginia.gov.
- VEEP facilities that are also in Performance Track do not have to submit a separate VEEP report.
- When you go to the site for the first time, you will need to click on the “register” option. Through the registration process, you will be given a username and password for use when reporting.
- Instructions for reporting (which include Frequently Asked Questions) can be obtained here or are available through a link when a new report is started. Screen shots of the on-line reporting system are available.
