Wayne is a licensed class I wastewater treatment operator with extensive experience in both wastewater treatment plant operations and laboratory operations. Prior to employment with the Department, Wayne was superintendent of a major municipal treatment facility. Since employment with the Department, Wayne has been instrumental in the development and operation of the Department's wastewater laboratory inspection program. He has also participated in numerous assistance and training programs (both on-site and classroom) and has been active in the development of “need to know” based training materials.

Jason is a licensed class I wastewater treatment plant operator with experience in all aspects of wastewater treatment operations and maintenance. Prior to employment with the Department, Jason operated and managed several wastewater treatment systems. Since joining the Department, Jason has been providing wastewater treatment facilities with assistance and training for nutrient removal operations and troubleshooting.
