Rulemaking Information on Water Quality Management Planning Regulation
The Water Quality Management Planning Regulation contains regulatory limits on permitted discharges to state waters. It consists of the following sections:

The following tables describe the status of rulemakings to amend the Water Quality Management Planning Regulation. All proposed regulations presented below are DRAFT and subject to change. Official dates for Notices asking for comment are published in the Virginia Register and are available on DEQ's TMDL website here. Look for submittals in the Register under the State Water Control Board. Submittals may be found under Proposed Regulations, Final Regulations or General Notices. You can also track these amendments through the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall.
