SARA Title III Program
Local Emergency Planning Committee Contacts

Please download these PDF files for your use. LEPC Contact denotes contact for receiving MSDS, Tier II reports, and public inquiry. Emergency Notification Contact denotes contact for making immediate notification in the event of a spill or release. These documents will be periodically updated.

The contact information is organized alphabetically by jurisdiction within each category: LEPC by county, LEPC by city/town, or LEPC by joint. Please look through the file to make sure you have the correct contact information.

The LEPC information is provided as a courtesy of VA DEQ SARA Title III Office, to the best of our knowledge based on communication with the LEPCs. The LEPC information may change at anytime, but VA DEQ only provides quarterly updates. Therefore; it is the responsibility of the facility to check for the correctness of the information.

If the telephone number listed in the LEPC Emergency Notification table is not clearly designated as cell, pager, 24HR, etc., please assume the number is a day-time phone number. In the event of an off-hour release reporting, the facility is responsible for making sure / confirming the information is appropriately delivered to the LEPC regardless what number is used to report.
