The Valley Regional Office serves the counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Bath, Clarke, Fluvanna, Frederick, Greene, Highland, Nelson, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah and Warren; and the cities of Buena Vista, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton, Waynesboro and Winchester.

Directions to the DEQ Valley Regional Office
From points south of Harrisonburg: Take Interstate 81 North to Exit 243 (Route 11/Harrisonburg-first Harrisonburg exit). The exit ramp will take you to Route 11. Stay to your right and merge onto Route 11 North. Travel approximately 150 yards to the next intersection (at a stoplight), and turn right (between the Ramada Inn and an Exxon station) onto Pleasant Valley Road. Continue on Pleasant Valley Road until you cross over I-81. Immediately after crossing I-81, turn right onto Early Road. Follow Early Road for approximately 1.2 miles, and you will see the DEQ office building on your right. There is a big DEQ sign at the entrance.
From points north of Harrisonburg: Take I-81 South to Exit 243, the last of four Harrisonburg exits. The exit ramp will take you to Route 11. Stay to your right and merge onto Route 11 North.
