Virginia's environmental regulations are in Title 9 of the Virginia Administrative Code (VAC).

The entire Virginia Administrative Code (VAC) may be purchased, in part, or in its entirety, in either a printed copy or on CD-ROM, by phone or on the web.

You can order a complete printed copy or a complete CD-ROM version of the Virginia Administrative Code from Thomson/West. Orders for just Title 9, Virginia Air, Waste, and Water regulations, can only be done by phone: (800) 344-5008.

If you do not wish to purchase all or part of the code book, consult your local librarian. Most libraries maintain a complete set of this publication.

The printed version available from West Group are considered the only "Official" version. Regulations found on DEQ's website are considered "Non-Official" but are usually more current than the printed copy.
