Sparked by Poet Laureate Robert Hass, this poetry and art contest invites children to explore their own watersheds and express what they learn in words or images. |
| When is the deadline? |
U.S. postmarked before February 15, 2000. Artwork cannot be returned. |
| Is there an entry fee? |
No. |
| Can kids submit more than one piece? |
Yes, they can submit as many as they wish, however each entry must have a separate application form. |

Fill out the entry form below or visit the International River Network's website at http://www.irn.org/row/row.html. Entries sent to IRN are forwarded to Virginia for state judging. |
| What if I win? |
Winners will be recognized at an official ceremony in the Spring at the state Capitol in Richmond. |
