Public notices for Federal Consistency Reviews
Section 306(d)(14) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, requires public participation in the federal consistency review process. The Department of Environmental Quality is currently reviewing the following proposals for consistency with the Virginia Coastal Resources Management Program.
