Results
1. Groundwater database updated.
2. A technical report on the Safe Yield Analysis of Yorktown-Eastover
Aquifer completed.
3. A technical report reviewing and assessing all Eastern Shore
Environmental Permits completed.
4. Public Hearing Draft Northampton County Ground Water Protection
Ordinance has been completed.
5. GIS capacity to conduct an analysis of the county's sensitive
natural resource areas constructed.
6. Acquisition of all spatial databases needed to conduct an analysis
of the county's sensitive natural areas.
7. Revisions to county's parcel dataset needed to update current
land-use zoning. Parcel information is available to the public through
the county's accessor's office. The GIS dataset is distributed through
a formal request and review process.
