Coastal Technical Assistance Program

Project Description as Proposed:

Continues and enhances the PDC's Environmental Technical Assistance Program for 15 coastal localities. Addresses training on environmental programs and requirements, while supporting core elements of the VCRMP and the Tributary Strategies Program and further enhancing the networked partnership inherent in the VCRMP. Includes direct assistance to localities, review and comment on state/federal projects and programs, special regional studies, public education, and liaison between the state and localities.
