Support for the Chesapeake Bay Commission

Project Description as Proposed:

The Chesapeake Bay Commission assists the legislators of the Bay states in responding to problems of Bay-wide concern and encourages cooperative, coordinated planning and action among the 3 states. It identifies problems; recommends actions; collects, analyzes and disseminates information; represents the common interests of the Bay states; and provides a forum for discussion. During this grant year, the Commission will continue to focus on tributary strategies, the protection of coastal lands and other natural resource issues.
