Available Sites: Reuse Opportunities are sites that may be eligible for Virginia's innovative liability protections. This inventory of reusable properties is hosted by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership and provides you with readily available site information including topographical maps, aerial photographs, utility locations, and other vital information.

If you have properties that you would like included in the inventory of Reuse Opportunities, even if environmental issues may be of concern, Virginia's new amnesty provision may apply and provide you comfort to bring the sites forward to take advantage of this free property marketing opportunity.
