The LEPC information is provided as a courtesy of VA DEQ SARA Title III Office, to the best of our knowledge based on communication with the LEPCs. The LEPC information may change at anytime, but VA DEQ only provides quarterly updates. Therefore; it is the responsibility of the facility to check for the correctness of the information.
If the telephone number listed in the LEPC Emergency Notification table is not clearly designated as cell, pager, 24HR, etc., please assume the number is a day-time phone number. In the event of an off-hour release reporting, the facility is responsible for making sure / confirming the information is appropriately delivered to the LEPC regardless what number is used to report.
